Where can I buy passes?
Delegate passes can be purchased in advance through our registration provider Lup, via this website. Click any "Book" button above to start your registration.
Can I transfer my pass to another day?
Gold or Silver Day Pass holders can transfer between the two show days (20–21 May) subject to availability. Transfers to future shows are not permitted. Contact team@thepodcastshowlondon.com for assistance.
Are passes refundable?
All delegate passes are non-refundable. Passes are also non-transferable to other people — each pass is linked to a unique attendee profile.
What does my pass include?
All passes grant entry to the exhibition floor and networking areas. Gold and Platinum passes include access to all theatres, stages, Creator Village, and on-demand content after the show. Platinum adds fast-track entry, premium seating, the Leaders in Podcasting Breakfast, and The Official Party. See the comparison table above for full details.
Are evening events included?
The Official Party is included with Platinum passes only. All other evening events — The Creator Mix, live podcast recordings, and partner receptions — require separate tickets released closer to the show.
How do group bookings work?
Groups of 8 or more qualify for a 10% discount. One person can pay upfront and send invitations for others to complete their registration details. Each attendee needs a unique email address. Email team@thepodcastshowlondon.com to arrange group bookings.
